Consultation

This service is for those who aren't quite sure what their computer needs are. We can come into your place of business, analyze your operations, look at your existing hardware, and figure out your minimum requirements as well as the optimum requirements. For our budget oriented customers, we will attempt to maximize re-use of existing hardware.

Data Services Group's Consultation Department will also advise customers on problems they are having with hardware/software they purchased or acquired from other vendors.

Consultation service is billed by the hour, starting at $75 per hour to analyze your computer needs and ranging to $150 per hour for virus removal. Phone consultations are billed at $25 to $50 per hour. There is a 1 hour minimum on all Consultations.

Should you decide to have Data Services Group upgrade your systems to meet the minimum or optimum requirements, 30% of your consulting fees will apply to the needed hardware, software, or implementation.

For Consultations outside the Atlanta area, you may also be charged travel and lodging expenses.
