Phone Service
- If you opt for
phone service you may use the email service free of
charge as well as calling us with your problem. If you
have provided us with remote access to your site, we

Technical Support
- Opting for this
package allows you full use of both email and phone
support as well as on-site support if necessary. Outside
the Atlanta area, travel charges may apply. We require
all customers who purchase this package to provide
remote access to their systems so that we can continue
